Shipping and returns
How shipping works, and our final sale policy.
Shipping
We ship across Canada by Canada Post. Shipping is a flat $25, added at checkout. For Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, we quote the shipping cost for your order by email, before you pay.
When your order ships
We ship your order 3 to 5 days after receiving payment. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days, and can take longer in remote areas and during busy periods. We email you the tracking number when your order ships.
Final sale
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged or wrong items as described below.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. Once we have checked it, we will send a replacement or refund that item.
